Good priced quality creatine
Solid creatine. Comes in a resealable bag with a scooper as well.I keep this one in my desk at work and sometimes mix it in with flavored water. Nothing crazy or special about this bag but it works wonders.

No taste, no side effects
Being brand new to creatine I really don't know what to expect. I've read it would help with training, performance recovery, etc. I've also read that some experience negative side effects such as bloating, diarrhea, etc. After taking the serving size of 3 g for 9 days 'm happy to report that I've had no side effects. I also have not felt any difference in performance, recovery, etc. I'm assuming I will have to take this for a few weeks to notice any changes. Most gurus recommend taking minimum of 5g but their serving size is 3g. I wonder if I should increase to see any changes.

Good creatine option. No issue found. Reasonable Pricing.
With most creatine supplement I take, whether it be for review purpose, or one that I use on a regular basis for gym training, I honestly cannot tell you if it's working or not. I have been taking creatine for a good 2 to 3 years now, so any benefits that I get from it would be constant and consistent, so when switching to this brand to review, I honestly noticed no difference. So I guess, it's working? As least as well as the regular brand that I use routinely? What I CAN tell you for certainty is that the serving size here is only 3 grams. You're recommended to take anywhere from 2 to 5 grams per day so maximum muscle hypertrophy benefits, so do what you may with this information. It essentially means you'll run out faster, as the package provides 100 servings of 3 grams each. If you do 5 grams a day, expect turnover rate to be higher. The powder itself mixes well when thrown in a shake, and I do not taste it. This is my experience with all creatine monohydrate powder thus far, regardless of brand. This brand does differ by packaging its product in zip lock pouch style bag, which I've come to enjoy more than a tub. It's way harder to reach into a cylinder shape container with my hand and arm to get every little bit of product out at the end of a product cycle, versus just dumping the rest out from this foil pouch. This I like. So that won me over to give a 5 star review.Again, as with all creatine supplement, (or any supplement, really), you got to just trust it or experiment with it. It could be working; it could be not. But for the price of about $18 to last you potentially 100 days, it isn't bad. It's on par with what I buy myself.

Bad product
Product arrived spoiled. From the moment I opened it I was overcome by a terrible, fishy smell. While I noticed no evidence of tampering with the seal, this clearly wasn’t stored properly. A complete waste of a bag.

Incredible value
This Inner Armour Crepure Creatine Monohydrate dissolves readily in hot or cold beverages (yes, I've tried both). I was impressed by how easily it mixed into my beverages, as I have had negative experiences with other mix-in supplements that just clump together. Each serving delivers 3g of creatine, and there are 100 servings in the bag. If you read up on how to use creatine monohydrate, you can either go slowly with it (like this 3 g serving) or you can double up to get results faster. There are initial side effects to using creatine monohydrate, so you will have to weigh the pros and cons of which method is most desirable to you. I'm getting to age where muscle mass preservation and building is an important goal of mine, and I was recently made aware of menopause doctors recommending that women incorporate creatine monohydrate into their diets to help with muscle building and preservation. I consider the addition of this into my diet a small price to pay to help me age better. With 100 servings in this bag, it is a no brainer for me.
