Godinger Mixed Drinkware Set of 8, 4 Highballs Tall Drinking Glasses, 4 Old Fashioned Whiskey Glasses, Glassware Set, Crystal Glass Cups

I needed extra glasses for lemonade to go with my current patterns, Waterford and Godinger Dublin (purchased over 20 years ago and hoping for a match), for a summer tea party/baby shower. After reading the reviews, I was not exactly sure what to expect, but knew that my other Godinger ice beverage goblets and water goblets were perfect for holiday use. The pattern went very well with the Dublin pattern (can't really tell a difference unless you stared at them to find a difference). I looked at each one and am very happy that none showed any blemishes. Also, the 12 ounce size is perfect for this purpose. It is not too much (16 oz - don't need a chug a lug cup for formal events) or too little (10oz) for a tea party iced beverage. I also purchased the Godinger bud vases to match. I am very happy with this purchase and more happy that I can continue to put trust in Godinger for my more formal affairs.

The glasses are beautiful. They nicely keep beverages cold wiyh minimum condensation

These are pretty but heavy weight. After 25 years of using my old glassware, I had broken a couple and was ready to not replace but add to them. These are taller and very nice and pair well with what i already have.

I purchased these as I was looking for some Crystal look-alike highball glassware and these kept coming up over and over. All of them arrived intact and unbroken. The glass is chunky and thick which does inspire some confidence that they are not super fragile. Conversely, because the glass is thick you know that these are not higher end glassware despite having an appealing crystal like design pattern cut into them. Still very happy with the purchase but don’t purchase these thinking that they will fool anybody into a high-end design for cheap.
