complete rubbish what wasn’t wrong with it. It opened before it had finished brewing, it allegedly has an anti drip function not that you would know from the amount of kitchen towels I kept near my machine. Build quality very poor in fact one of the few words that entered my head while making coffee with this item was quality. After less than a week have binned it and brought a different machine

check to make sure all bits are in the box the washable filter was missing

I should have paid a bit more for a better product, lesson learned.

A Terrible coffee machine, the filter basket doesn't stay in place. As you are making coffee it will quite often swing out and you'll get hot water as opposed to coffee. spend £2 - £3 more and get a proper one.

the glass jug was broken when i opened up the parcel

Filled with water for first time and instantly leaked everywhere. Returned for refund
