Strudy, good knurling / not too aggressive. Am 6'4 and have no issues with the width of the handled.

Now this thing right here, this is a big boy bar. Not your average bar but a BIG BOI bar. Just looking at the sheer size of the monster I've instantly put 100kg on my deadlift and achieved almost a god like form with the ability to kick down any door like it was cardboard.Do you want something that's gonna last, and feels like the gods have gifted you the ability to become more than human? Then this bar is for you.

It came well packaged and protected. However, it still arrived with chips in the paint and rust already formed on the metal work, meaning it was sent as a damaged item.

The black powder coating is a joke. It came rusty, it comes off on your hands and gets scraped off if you try to put the bar into a barbell stand. I should have bought a plain chrome one instead.

Good knurling, nice and dense, sturdy looking. Haven't been able to load it as plates are like 2-3 times the normal price and I'm not about to get ripped off. However, one complaint I will have is there are some dings on it. And in addition to the dings the package it came in had holes worn into it where the high bar handles are, presumably "manhandled" a bit during shipping. And the paint (?) Seemed to rub off on my hands a little as the finish may have been powdery. Still looks good on the bar though! All in all, good value and gets the job done and at 27kg or 60lbs, the bar itself is pretty hefty!

Good exercise and practical at home, young people like me like it very much
