Great Korean Food Bible
Fantastic Korean cooking bible. I keep referring to it. Love the way they have laid out the book and how the pages and recipes are divided. It works with my way of thinking. If anything. I wish the cover was more durable, because the fabric covering the board is an organic matt-like paper, which can easily get scuffed. This by no means would put me off from purchasing it again though.

Hands down one of my fave Korean books. The recipe for a beautifully balanced Jorim is my go to on a chilly Autumn night.

Brought this for work as sous chef at a Korean restaurant in Bristol called Bokman and it is a incredibly knowledgeable book really helpful for anyone learning the cuisine

Mostly vegetables dish
The picture above r the nice ones and the rest is just a few meat dish and most of it is vegetables and Im not a vegetable person is pretty boring to me

Amazing
I love korean food and I will never get to eat at Atomix in NYC, but this book means i'm happy with cooking my own amazing korean food. it's exactly what i was looking for and could never find. it's beautiful, and brilliant. Recommended

Una joyita coreana
Me encantó, el tamaño es más grande de lo que parecía en fotos pero es perfecto así. Las recetas es justo lo que buscaba de la cocina coreana y en mi caso que no conozco mucho para sazonar verduras me pareció fantástico, cumple con el uso de los jang. Es una joyita, el único mini detalle es que parece que el vendedor lo compra sobre pedido antes de enviarlo y tenía un fuerte golpe en una de las orillas que no coincidía con el empaque de Amazon.
