It doesn't say the percentage on the bottle

Q: Can I use this cleanser in am and pm routine everyday?

Yes u can however i didn't find this product effective at controlling oil secretion. It feels nice and clean when you wash however not lasting. The best I've used thus far is bioderma sebum control which can be used for am and pm routine
