This product is great for preventing sweaty feet. I enjoy running, but my feet tend to get warm and sweaty during my runs. This product works really well. I was struggling with under arm odour. I just put one or two swipes on my under arm and wash it off in the morning. I used it for 2 or 3 days and then i don't need it for a while. It stings a little bit, that's why I only do one or two swipes.
