Great straws. Worked well for my husband. I was happy they were eco friendly!

We love these. And I can attest that if left out in the elements, they do break down rather quickly. They do not break down in beverages. Caveat...do not use in more than luke warm liquids...this will make them melt. Overall, best biodegradable bendy straw!!

I’m always on the quest for the perfect non-plastic straw. I have tried about every alternative from paper to glass. I have many metal straws, but I never seem to have one with me when I’m hitting the drive through.This box of straws is perfect to keep in the console of my car. They are the first compostable straws I’ve used that actually hold up to a large Diet Coke. Pasta straws crack, paper straws dissolve, and metal straws probably hold a ton of bacteria. These straws last through a large drink or a shake, and I don’t feel any guilt for using them. Plus, they bend!!I popped one of these straws in my water at work last week. I was pretty skeptical about it holding up during a full shift. I was pleasantly surprised. I filled my water several times, and I saw no damage to the straw at the end of the night.I love these straws, and I will be ordering more so I can keep some at home, work, and in my car. Plastic, single-use straws have no place in this world when this awesome alternative exists. It brings me great joy to say, “No straw” each time I hit a drive through.

I really love that these straws are compostable, yet they still feel like a regular plastic straw. I have some sensory issues and drinking from a straw is a lot easier for me, but the paper straws get soggy and absolutely disgusting within minutes. This is the perfect eco-friendly alternative to paper straws and the hassle of having to wash a metal straw. I like to take these with me do use on the go or with my smoothies in the morning. If you’ve ever had to clean dried on smoothie out of a metal straw, you will know what a pain in the butt it is. I prefer to just throw the straw way, so these are perfect. I can’t say enough good things. I will be buying these over and over again.

I've ordered a ton of straws from this brand at this point. I like them because they don't seem abnormal. They look and function exactly like normal straws, which isn't always the case with compostable options. The texture is a little different - they're not as slick and smooth as regular plastic straws, but it's not bothersome at all and doesn't impact use.The quality is flawless. They're all made well and bend well. The size is normal for the type of straw - comparable to plastic counterparts - which isn't always the case when you get into eco-friendly choices. I also like the fact that these are black. All the others we've gotten in the past in this style are a light green. While there's nothing wrong with that, it kind of screams "These are different." The black is a little more stylish/elegant and better for serving adult guests, I think.I absolutely love these and would happily order more.

Generally okay product especially if you leave them straight. I bought these specifically because they're bendy but once you pull on them to bend them the straw will crack and becomes somewhat useless. I've tried pulling really gently but at least 6/10 times the straws crack and I have to hold it to drink or try a new one. I've tried about 20 so far so we'll see how the rest do. Every time I grab one to use I test it first to make sure it's not cracked, bend it and it cracks.

Great for the planet and easy to use

The straws came in perfect condition, they weren’t bent & didn’t have an invisible holes in them. The straws are sturdy for the most part, unless you bite straws like I do lol I end up biting it so much that I have to squeeze the tip back open to get fluids through it. The straws don’t “melt” or fall apart in drinks like the paper straws do. I highly recommend these.
