I was trying in to replace the overhead console lamps with LED bulbs. As careful as I was, the old plastic was brittle and one of the hinge pins for the lense cover broke off. I bought this unit as a replacement. I have been pleased with the quality and color match of this unit. It looks and works great.

Fit is perfect, even though Mopar's original part isn't spec'ed for this truck. Quality is at least as good as OEM. Here's a note on installation. There are 4 clips, 2 toward the windshield and 2 toward the passengers. It's pretty much impossible to seat the passenger-facing clips by just popping the unit it. You need to remove them fist. The passenger-side clips clip into the head-liner and the plastic lamp assembly is screwed to those clips. In my case, the original (broken one) cam out with the factory clips left behind. You can leave them there is they are not damaged or you can remove them if you just want to use the ones that come with this kit. In either case, carefully pop out the 2 lenses for the reading lamps and remove the screws with a T25 driver. Then remove the 2 clips. Put those clips into the headliner (or toss them if you're just leaving the factory clips. From there, pop the whole unit into place with the windshield-facing clips first, then swing up the passenger-side of the assembly and run the screws into the clips that are already in place. This unit is amazing!!!

I had to replace the map light switches in my 2007 Dodge Ram. In removing the old switches which were held into the bezel by metal clips and had to be compressed, the plastic housing broke off. So I found this bezel online and ordered it. To my surprise it came with the switches, light bulbs and lenses already installed. It also had new bezel retaining clips so that once the directional/temperature module was installed it could be snapped right into place. In my case the old bezel clips were still in the headliner so I just screwed it into place using them. Either way it was very easy. Cost was less that one third of factory price, not to mention what a dealer would have charged to install it. Looks and works great.

Much cheaper than going OEM. Fit and color are nice. Mounting holes and clips lined up well. Lenses are cheaply made, could be a little sturdier. Removed mines very carefully to replace the bulbs with LEDs and the clips instantly broke. Common problem if removing multiple times but did not expect it to break after one removal. Only reason giving 4 stars is the lens quality could be improved.

The product was excellent I also needed it right way or ride around with the fallen dome assembly hanging under my rear view mirror The Ram parts dealership were no longer keeping this item in stock. Delivery was on schedule within three days and my light fixture replaced within four days. All went well.

Fit perfect, save your old lenses, one was broken out of the box. Other than that it installed very nicely. Worked like it’s supposed to.
