These eye drops help with my dry eyes, they don’t burn my eyes (I’ve tried brands that do), and the moisture lasts a long time. It does last a long time (I had my first bottle for almost a year, using it everyday), and the small bottle size fits in any purse and is TSA compliant.

This is my go to jobs to use when I have my contacts in. So cool and refreshing. Instant relief.

Turns out I'm allergic/sensitive to the preservatives in other eye drops and the solution my daily contacts are packaged in. My ophthalmologist said this affects about 5% of the population. I kept applying other eye drops and my eyes were getting worse! Until I switched to these Bio True drops, nothing was working. Within just a few hours of using these drops, I knew things were getting better. The bad news is the packaging they come in. Squeeze to hard and the bottle is destroyed, squeeze to lightly and the drops don't come out. Don't plan to use the entire contents, the bottle will be destroyed by then. My 5 star rating is on quality of the drops alone, would be a zero star if I was rating the eye dropper bottle itself. Totally worth putting up with the bottle to get the relief these drops provide.

I wear those day & night 'disposable' contact lenses (for 8+ years) so I have a routine of putting some eye drops in before and after bed to keep my eyes moist & healthy. These drops themselves are pretty good - they work but they definitely don't perform any miracles. The only reason why I took a risk & tried these is because I really like this brand's contact lens cleaning solution and I thought the bottle was a lot bigger (that part is my fault). I've tried almost all the different brands and I have only found that these and Clear Eyes to actually work for me. The problem is, is that these are about 5 times more expensive for almost the same amount of liquid as almost all other eye drop bottles. And I absolutely hate the design of this bottle - it is really hard to get the right amount of drops out. It always seems like I either don't get anything or all of a sudden, my whole eye is flooded & flowing down my face. Regular shaped/designed eye drops have worked good for years & years, why did they decide to try to redesign the wheel!? If it weren't for the bottle design & the price, I would really like these but unfortunately, I just can't get past those when a much cheaper good product is easily available for me. I will not be repurchasing this product again.

While these drops won't visually improve red eyes, they have turned out to be a lifesaver when it comes to dealing with contact discomfort, itchiness, and dryness. After a long day of work and staring at a computer screen for 10 hours straight, I often find it very difficult to even take my contacts out because my eyes are just that dry. A few Biotrue drops fixes that, and my eyes legitimately do feel more "hydrated."

Might be the best eyedrops out there for contacts. I drop them in as soon as I put on my contacts and usually get a full work day of comfort.
