If I used this for my tow behind trailer with my motorcycle will the signal reach the monitor. How far will the signal reach?

Should be ok. The range is about 15 feet

Is this safe to use with right angle metal valves or will the weight of the sensors bend and damage the valves?

the sensors are just less than an OZ, so will not damage. As long as you have metal stems you should be fine. For better performance, you can take a look at SRTP400 with the new internal 90 degree stems.
