Replacing the batteries was easy once you see how the controller is assembled. The batteries work as they should, the life is far beyond my original, albeit tired, PS5 controller batteries. The included screwdriver is pretty decent, the pry-tool is helpful, but the plastic is slightly brittle, so don't use it like a 300 lb gorilla and it'll be fine. This kept 2 controllers out of the landfill and many dollars in my pocket, so that's a win.

The batteries were easy to change out. The included pry tool worked great. Has plenty of charge to last a long time. The batteries are smaller than the originals. They came with two sided sticky tape to hold them in place.

Worked great! Added bonus was the tools, unless you already them, I would not have been able to swap out the PS-5 controller batteries without breaking something. Great value and saved lots of money. Controllers are so expensive these days and being able to swap out the batteries helps in controlling the cost of ownership.

Works perfectly. The new batteries have a slightly smaller form factor, but the included two sided tape worked well. The included screwdriver and pry tool worked well. Battery life is great so far. Just watch a YouTube video on how to swap the batteries. Not even a five minute job. No tech skills needed.

Uploaded several pics. Tried highlighting old OEM battery & new battery with Pic of sticky tape on backside. Small size discrepancy vs original; tape stops it from moving around the battery compartment. Highly recommend watching a thorough YT video on safely opening your controller to see clip locations.Spudger broke alarmingly easily while undoing the first clip on the bottom of the controller. Since this contained 2 batteries, I didn't expect it to break on the first job I used it for. Anyway, after trying again with the other side, I successfully got the first black piece of trim off. Then I tried popping the side clips of the controller and just kept failing. I ended up having to use my iFixIt spudger, which is slightly thicker and sturdier and handled the job a bit easier. I didn't want to risk breaking the controller's frail clips.That said, the screwdriver is nice for a freebie. Just the right size for the 4x screws you need to remove, and it's magnetic so you don't have to worry about dropping them as you're taking them out/putting them back in. Even has a nice little rubber ergonomic grip.As far as battery life, I'll have to report back on that. It came with what my ps5 perceived as a full charge (3/3 bars), and I'm not going to try putting it on the charger while it's showing full battery.I had to replace my old battery in this controller because it would show 3/3 bars (full), and proceed to tell me it had low battery not even 10 minutes later, then die within 1 minute of getting that message. Hopefully this one lasts a long time - battery life was abysmal on these controllers out of the box. New one touts 4,000 mAh, old one says 1650 mAh (~2.5x). Time will tell - I'll edit this after I've had a few charge/deplete cycles with it.One star knocked off for this being marketed as an all in one solution for a battery replacement, and coming with such a cheap tool. I honestly think they could've just omitted the tools and maybe knocked a dollar or two off the price, leading consumers to buy sturdier tools for this job. Otherwise this is a pretty fantastic value.

I haven't done any mAh testing to verify the capacity claims, but what I can verify is that these batteries were visually well made, easy to install, include some double sided tape to keep them from moving inside the controller, and most importantly, are a SIGNIFICANT upgrade in battery life over a stock controller battery. I ordered two and plan to order another two so I can upgrade all four of my controllers.It also includes a screwdriver and plastic prying tool to open the controller. What's not to love?

the fit was good, slightly smaller than the housing but it comes with adhesive. I can't say much about the functionality or charge rate because one of the batteries cause my controller to malfunction and stop working. I'm sure the value for the money is good if it worked properly, but judging by the reviews the quality is hit and miss.TL;DR I would not buy these batteries unless your controller is basically useless when it's unplugged and you're thinking of buying a new controller anyways. worst case: you get a refund and buy a controller anyways so you'll lose less money.In my opinion, I'm out a perfectly good controller that I was planning on saving with these batteries, a good lesson on saving your money to go OEM instead.
