This was so cute, it is good quality and have used it several times for pictures. It lays flat and feels soft not coarse.

I have worn this skirt a couple of times and it fits me well and looks nice. I did notice the seam on the underskirt and the seam on the elastic band don't seem to match up, but that's not a huge issue for me, just seems odd.
