Really Soft!!!
I purchase this sheepskin for the holidays and the kids love this rug. The sheepskin rug must have been "REALLY SOFT" because this was the spot where the kids wanted to go to sleep at. I had no problems with food or spills getting in here and staying. I just shook it out. Then, it ease to wash.

A disappointment - not as thick as the images showed on the description
I bought this rug because of two main reasons: 1) The bright red color. 2) the thickness of the fur (7cm, ~2.5inch). When I received the rug, I was disappointed as the rug does not feel like it is thick as depicted in the description; it's rather thin. On the description, the images show this rug is thick; one image shows the fur is 7 cm (2.5 inch) long (other rugs I found on Amazon are less than 2 inches). But the rug I received is not that thick; I feel like my feet can feel the floor - a disappointment. Perhaps, for a small animal like a cat (as the image showed) the rug is thick and I was fooled by the cat image (LOL). That's why it's often a risk to buy things like these online as you can't actually see and feel the items yourself; you rely mostly on the images, description, and the reviews. Fortunately, this rug is not expensive. If it's expensive, then I'd be really really mad and disappointed. However, good sides about this rug are that the rug is super soft, inexpensive, and the bright red color. The thickness of the fur is a disappointment to me; I was really looking for a thick fur living room rug. Perhaps when winter comes, I'd have to buy another type of rug (not this type of sheepskin fur) for the living room that is thicker.
