CERASHARP 4-Piece Ceramic Knife Set - Superior Blade Strength & Cutting Performance

I bought these for work based of the product description of "holds an edge through many years of use, is shatter-proof, and resistant to bacteria & stains". It's too soon to tell as I just got them. I have a set by another maker and like them a lot, so, I have high hopes. The knives we have at work now are dull and groady.I only gave them 3 stars because I don't think its right picturing the set with a cutting board and not providing one. The set I bought from the other maker came with a cutting board. I did read the description before I bought the set and there is no mention of a board, so it's not a big surprise. But, it's just poor practice and deceiving in my opinion that the set is not as pictured. So, 3 stars.2 month update - These are the hit of the office kitchen. 2 folks told me they have now bought their own set for home.

I LOVE these knives. I have had a single Yoshi ceramic knife for years, but it is too large for many applications. These are perfect. I use the orange handled one for everything. They truly making cooking an effortless joy. You just have to be careful not to slice your fingers, because they are so sharp. The stand allows for easy storage and ready accessibility. Any excellent value and I am delighted.

My mother loves the knives. I used them once too, and they seem to do a great job. The stand for storing the knives is great too. It's great to have a place to put all four knives. Hopefully the knives stand-up to the dishwasher, because I know my mother will be putting them in the dishwasher every time she uses them.

Great value, we have used ceramic knives for a couple years. Try them cutting corn off the cob, amazing. The holder solves the problem of nicking in a drawer. These are as good as the expensive brands.

The knives arrived on time, are very sharp, more than I thought they would be. The tips are very brittle and snap though.Colorful handles have a nice texture to them that allows gripping in all cutting situations.Blades aren't as thick as advertised though.

Was sold on the colored handles. Bought my set December 2013. The blades are fragile. I have managed to break the tips on three of them. The purple handled knife is chipped in several places. I will invest in durable, quality knives my next purchase. If you buy these, just remember to baby them, or plan to replace in a year or so.

Best knives and so sharp. The stand makes it so nice to keep the blades undamaged. Love them!
