I lived in the south now way up north
So we ate these once a week always bought them at the grocery store. We moved way up north and the cactus was no where to be found and I was like what I’m gonna do. Went on Amazon and there it was I bought a case. We use it over roast or chicken it goes well with everything!! Absolutely delicious

I'm allergic to many vegetables I am happy I've no problem with these. They are so tasty go particularly well with Eggs or Paneer Cheese (Paneer is like a brick type of Cottage Cheese without the Gross Cream Sauce).
