It's cool I guess
The base had a serious ding on it. I would bet it was returned before. It is such a big fragile TV I didn't want to pack it up and send it back if it worked. It is very colorful, almost too colorful. Greenery looks cartoonist most the time. Like everyone else reported the UI is terrible. I thought I wouldn't really care about that but it is ridiculous. There is no source or input button on the remote. So you have to go through a bunch of menus to change input. I can't fathom why anyone would like the tv to power things on and off. Every time I turn the TV on it powers up my Xbox. Then if I choose Xbox in the menu it turns it off thinking it is turning it on. Considering you have to turn the controller on with the same power button there is absolutely no reason for the tv to power up the Xbox. If I had paid the original price I would be unhappy. Since I got it in the $1,100 price range I'm okay with it. That big dent in the base ruined my buying experience. If I could do it all again I would buy the Sony OLED that went on sale for the same price the day after I bought the Samsung.

Technology failures
I love the picture. Great picture. Not so thrilled with the speakers, and particularly with their rendition of dialog. So I attached a Samsung sound bar and sub woofer. The TV and sound bar-- both Samsung-- routinely disconnect despite being hard wired. Had to stop using the sound bar. And the remote is a piece of you know what. "Solar"- powered. So it stops working, and there is no battery to replace, so you have to plug it in and wait for it to charge. I complained to the seller and asked for a battery- powered remote. They sent me another of the same remote and told me to contact Samsung. Samsung also sent me another of the same remote. I've since thrown out one because it almost never worked. Having 2 helps with the charging issue, but this remote sucks. Did I mention that I like the picture?

Broke for no reason days after warranty expired
Broke for no reason days after warranty expired. Instead of offering support, they told me to buy a new TV

Would be a great TV.... if it turned on (and Samsung solved the problem in a timely fashion)
My wife and I just had our first child and were excited to have our first TV to help pass some of the time while at home taking care of our newborn. We splurged on this nice oled tv and were very excited when it arrived. The tv looks great, is super-thin, and I suspect would have really good picture quality, IF it turned on!!!I've tried everything, spoken with Samsung, connected with the seller, and currently am awaiting the indeterminate amount of time I have to wait for Samsung's tech support person to visit. Until then, I don't have the expensive tv I wanted during the precise period when it would've been most valuable. My wife is pissed, and I'm very frustrated. Thanks Samsung! I spend a lot of money on Amazon and this is by far my worst purchase experience ever on the site. If Samsung/Watts had a customer-centric approach they'd either A. massively expedite the tech support here or B. just ship me another tv, no questions asked. Thanks Samsung!

Refurbished Junk
First problem, this was a refurbished product. Nowhere was this fact disclosed by seller. Second and fatal problem, TV never got out of set up. Turned off with a repeating black screen. Junk.

It arrived with a broken screen
No idea what picture would have been... Unpacked it extremely carefully using instructions provided only to discover a shattered screen. Sent it back

Beware of burn-in
I ordered my S95b directly from Samsung last April, and while the color volume is insane and the brightness is eye popping for an OLED be warned that the extra brightness can lead to burn in. I've had my TV for over a year, and that was a replacement for the first one because it had a stuck red pixel. If you look closely you can faintly see the YouTube logo and some menu headers have been burned into the display. Unfortunately my family shares this TV and it has been left on YT for nights at a time. Also if you're a heavy gamer consider lowering your brightness to avoid HUD elements and UI doing the same thing. This TV can really get bright, but it does it slowly so if you're zoned in gaming or watching a movie you may not be aware.I hear LG doesn't really have this issue so that will probably be my next set sooner rather than later. Whenever Samsung addresses this problem this series will be my highest recommendation, until then I'd wait a few years until they perfect QD-OLED.

55 inch tv?
Can’t lie I guess I expect a tv advertised as 55 inches to actually be that. I guess I’m the jerk here. Thanks Amazon for the awesome help over the phone too. Too big to fail
