Used on a middle-aged man who agreed to be a beardy stand-in for me. The scent is mild but not unpleasant. The oil is quite thick but isn't greasy and disappears into the hair quickly. Hair is noticeably soft for the rest of the day after use, so it's doing pretty much what it claims to. The £16 pricetag is still far too much, however. Similar products cost much less, so I suggest you try those out before buying this.

My husband is delighted with this product, it conditions his beard, so instead of the scratchy one he had, it's LOVELY AND SOFT!!!I recommend this product.

My son has used this oil for a couple of days and is pleased with the results so far. The beard oil has some good ingredients like Argan, Almond and Coconut oils and it has a pleasant smell. You only need a couple of drops applied to a freshly washed beard for best results and with 30ml in the bottle it looks like lasting quite a while. The oil keeps your beard and skin protected and is a pleasant product to use with a masculine aroma. Priced at the premium end of the market this is a quality oil that works out as pretty fair value for money and is well worth trying.

My partner has used this for a while and it has certainly made his bristles a little softer. It is best used after a shower as it doesn't absorb as well on dry hair. This is the first product he has tried since growing a beard so can't really compare to other products. However I do think that the smell is a bit of a disappointment after reading the delicious sounding blurb on the box! I could barely distinguish it from the soap he uses. It also seems pretty pricey for the amount you get. If you had a large beard it could run out quickly.

My daughters husband tells me this was excellent to use. He said it went on with ease and his beard felt soft and easy to manage after using it. A little went a long way so fairly cost effective. He said his beard looked very healthy and had a nice sheen and felt very groomed and neat

Smells nice, good softening effect, not too greasy as it absorbs well. Not the best oil or cream I've tried in terms of its conditioning effect but it's great value for money. The key to getting the best result is to really spend some time massaging it into your beard.

This is a nice, discreet smelling oil for beards. Skin and hair is not left feeling greasy after application, but it's possible that most users will need more than the 2-3 drops recommended in the instructions to get some sense of the product having actually been applied. Within a few days of regular use, beard hair feels quite soft, and the essence is pleasant but not over-powering. Not something I would necessarily have seen as essential for beard grooming, but certainly worth exploring.

Both my sons have beards - very different beards indeed. My older son's beard grows extremely fast and has a texture like a Brillo pad. My younger son has a goatee beard that grows slowly and in patches. They both tried this oil which is quite sanitary because you dispense drops of it from the bottle into the palm of your hand. It's in a large version of an essential oil bottle. I say large, but it's only large in relation to a standard essential oil bottle.The smell is very nice indeed - manly and musky. It leaves your beard feeling comfortable but I suspect you'll want to wash your face a little more often when using it.
