Minor positive results for me, good value
This is the only multi I've ever taken that had a marked positive impact on me. It helped clear up *some* of the embarrassing (but not life threatening, skin issues and GI issues) parts of a few things. At $11 bucks a bottle, it as I said did a good job. Now that said, this means I was deficient in a mineral or vit somewhere. Anyway, at this price I do recommend Therems.
