Lasts awhile but the battery compartment is not water proof. Makes a decent mount of bubbles, my three year old enjoys it but I do have to remind him that it can't go in the water. A children's toy designed for the tub should be waterproof.

This has been a joy for my 4 year old to use at bathtime. You will need two double A batteries and I keep it suctioned to the wall right above my kids bathtub. I recommend not putting it where it will be submerged just in case the battery area got wet. It goes through and plays a bunch of songs which you can push on or off with the bubbles. There are three suction cups on the back so it feels super secure and has stayed put. My child seems to really enjoy and puts the bubbles on his head while he plays.

I liked the way you can move it even to play with your kids, when my kid takes a bath it makes his bath more enjoyable.

The crab is strong, and easy to use, I have used it with baby shampoo and liquid soap and it works with both. The color is striking for my daughter. I would buy it again and/or recommend it.
