I mix; Rose wine with a generous splash, more like a shot, I suppose of elderflower liquor, 4-6 drops of bitters, over ice. I add fresh seasonal fruit. So far strawberries my fav. It MUST be chilled. I chill Rose too... fruit can b frozen to add some chilling depth. A refreshing and delicious summer cocktail. Cheers!

What a delight. I didn’t know what to expect. Sparkling, sweet and delicate. I tried with Campari and also with vodka. I love it. Too sweet for me drink alone but others might like it because it’s delicious.

Love the taste.Very different. Just expensive for sparkling lemonade. These day you have to budget your money. And this is a SPLURGE for sure.
