I had some difficulty with my sight and had some issues at work, working from business cards. I needed to enter the details from over 500 business cards into a spreadsheet. I found it difficult to see the details and type at the same time. In the end I had to hold the card with one hand and type with the other, which was very slow. After purchasing this Paperweight Magnifier I was able to leave the card on my desk, put the magnifier on top and type with both hands, which was a lot quicker and I became more productive. I purchased the larger size option and it works great. It does not have any distortion and magnifies perfectly. Small, hard to read print becomes a lot larger and easier to read. And the best thing is you don't have to hold it above the print for it to work like other magnifiers. All you do is put it on the text you want to read and it works! Totally hands free. I would definitely recommend this product. I now can not do without it.

Not only does this beautiful object magnify what is beneath it, it concentrates the light onto it without any need for batteries. It is perfect for handwritten material, and with hands free, one can write notes, or glide it along the text which is very satisfying.

Does what it is designed to do. Allows me and my wife to now read cooking instructions on the back of packets.
