If you like Gene Kelly musicals you'll love this classic collection.

This is a perfect collection and a very worthwhile purchase. All these films are probably his best. Singin' in the Rain is the probably the best musical ever made because it is such a delightful and happy musical with everything that you could ask for and then some. An American in Paris won Best Picture and it supplies everything that you need in a musical charming songs and brilliantly choreographed dancing. For his last two films in this set he stars alongside Frank Sinatra, Anchors Aweigh and On The Town which all have the charm and wonder.I was very pleased with this bundle since it came in a neatly designed case with two separate DVD cases that slot into it here. A very worthwhile purchase.

Great value box set of classic films. Work really well

I was excited to have received this and I love it. Thank you :) my kids watched anchors aweigh with me and they all had smiles on their faces watching it. These oldies can be, at times, a little difficult to get hold of so I will treasure this set. Packaging was perfect and delivery was quick. Thank you.

Those were the days...when dancers could really dance, singers really could sing and films had a cast of truly gifted and talented people. The story lines may now seem a bit corny but the sheer entertainment was a joy. " An American in Paris" has some of the most creative dance scenes I've ever seen. I could (and will) watch it over & over again.

Fabulous! Just the thing to perk you up if you're feeling miserable, or you're stuck for anything to watch on TV. I still think that Fred beats Gene hands down but there's no doubting the fact that Gene is a very muscular and manly dancer - and you're more likely to get a bloke to watch this with you than if you suggest a night in with Fred and Ginge!!!! Great value too.

How nice to have 4 of your favourites in one collection with music by excellent composers. Obviously the recordingis not of the highest standard but it adds to the nostalgia of the films. If you want to take a trip down memory lane and wallow in the cheerful, infectious feel good factor, this collection is for youAdded bonus - all have sub-titles!

Should not be sold to American customers since it is in a different format than what will work on American dvd boxes.
