Allen Sports Deluxe+ 2-Bike Trunk Mounted Carrier

Needed something that would carry my e-bike. This fits the bill! Super easy to attach and remove, holds my 60lb e-bike securely. Since I have a plug in hybrid car I was unable to have a receiver hitch installed and had to figure out something that would work, this does! Good price as well. Pretty sturdy, I don't think I could add another heavy-ish e-bike but I certainly could add a 2nd regular bike to this carrier. Designed well so it doesn't scratch my car, I have a hatch back so I was a bit concerned about the mounting but very adjustable.

Other than covering the license plate when the bikes are on, it's perfect.

I replace a more expensive bike carrier that was not as user friendly or secure as this one. Easy set up -without looking at the directions if you have any experience with these.These are also designed to tilt the closest bike away from the car.I always use cloth where the hooks have contact with the car and always use bungee cords for added support.

I purchased the triple bike rack with high hopes of easily transporting multiple bikes, and in that respect, it performs admirably. The rack securely holds up to three bicycles- (one adult, two childrens) and keeps them steady during transit, preventing any wobbling or shifting. I was particularly impressed with the ease of loading and unloading the bikes; the design is intuitive and efficient. However, a significant drawback overshadowed the positive aspects. Despite careful installation following the provided instructions, the rack unfortunately caused dents to my car's trunk. The points of contact, while seemingly padded, exerted too much pressure, leading to visible damage. While the primary function of holding bikes is undeniably achieved, the collateral damage to my vehicle is a major concern. I would only recommend this product with the caveat of taking extra precautions to protect the car's surface, potentially requiring additional padding or reinforcement beyond what's provided.

This is a great bike rack for small cars. It’s durable I never once stopped my bike would fall and it was very secure.

It’s easy to use

Fits my late-model Subaru Impreza perfectly. Folds down surprisingly small. I was concerned that the straps would not work with the Impreza's rear spoiler-like body part but I need not have worried; it's fine. The manufacturer’s website has a page where you can specify a year, make, and model of car and it lists which of their products fit. I recommend this over a custom receiver hitch installation plus a bike rack for smaller cars like the Impreza. (Once, I installed a custom hitch receiver on a Toyota Corolla. The thing weighed down the rear end of the car, even without a bike rack attached; I had to adjust my headlights. I recommend not doing that; buy this trunk-mount hitch instead).
