not offered replacement - have expense and trouble of returning item to get your refund
Unfortunately the bulb life was measured in milliseconds it failed as soon as it was turned on and then instead of offering a replacement you are only offered a refund which means you have still to return the faulty item and start with a new order to get a replacement!
