Great top up
I have a B12 deficiency and have B12 injections every 3 months. I decided to buy tablets too to take daily to help. It's definitely improved my health and energy. The product is good value for money a decent dose and easy to swallow with no bad after taste.

Be aware there is an awful lot of b12 in this.
Before it arrived, I had not processed that this supplement gives 44,000% of the daily value. I wonder why companies do this. I am all for maybe getting a strong supplement but this is a lot of B12. Even as a megadose, seems alot. I decided not to take it. Does anyone really need this much.Even if you divide it into fourths you will be getting 110 times the amount needed in a day. If this is what you really want, more power too you. Had I read more carefully I would not have bought this.
