Great salad or Soup Greens
This leaf veggie sprouted well and has no obnoxious taste. Milder than spinach and the leaves stay tender and edible for longer than even Tyee spinach. Has not bolted yet, grew in Summer, not spring.

I think you should not buy here because there is very little but the price is high! You should buy products elsewhere that have many ingredients but low price.
