This is by far the best ab workout tool. I gained weight during the pandemic & its taking forever to get rid of my gut but I've seen more of an improvement in the week since I bought this ab roller than any other work out I've done. Years ago I tried the original ab roller & this is definitely way better & sturdy.

I haven't used one of these in decades. This one is sturdy and smooth. I wasn't sure how it I still had it in me due to advanced age. I was pleasantly surprised. Reviewer a couple of workout videos that included proper positioning. Like the OLD saying goes, No pain, no gain. I'm using responsibly. It hurts, in a good way. Seeing small change in my mid-section and love handles. Feels safer than single wheel.

Sturdy Double wheeled roller . I tried in on the carpet, yoga mat and grass . Nonslip and comfortable to use . It was really difficult inserting the padded handles into the stainless steel tube .

I used this and my abs were so sore I couldn’t laugh, cough, or roll over in bed for days lol. I think that means it worked.

If you want to get back to the old way of doing things, this is the way. Great work out. Have had it for about 3 weeks now and it seems to be holding up very well.

This thing is amazing. I could feel my stomach muscles tightening the first day I used it.I have a 100 routine every morning!!

The center bar is mishappen so it won't insert into device. Too late to return so it's junk.
