They replaced right away when they found out even though it was past the return window because I procrastinated. Hoping this one is better quality and last a long time.

This clip worked great until it didn't. I've used this case for less than 4 months and the clip just separated from the case while I was walking (thankfully I caught my pump before it hit the ground or ripped my site out), impossible to get it back together. Not ideal for the cost and risk of damaging the pump.

The clip snapped off and cannot be repaired. Frustrating. Now forced to shop for another case. Will not buy this brand again. Buyers beware.

Lasted for less than 3 months. The plastic attaching the clip to the harness started feeling loose within 45 days of fairly regular (as in, not especially active) use, and it broke off a few weeks later. It worked well until then and was convenient, i just wish it was more sturdy as I think this is the third one I've ordered. If only there were some alternatives...

Love that the clip is easy to use. I don't like that the pump slides out when I need it to stay in. An easy remedy was to turn it so it is up and down instead of sideways, and that the open end is up.

I have a purple and a clear one.I clip it to a pocket or edge of clothing. I also like that my pumpComes out with a small nudge.The pump goes back in easily also.

My pump slides out of this case easily. This case doesn’t offer very good protection

Clip broke off after only 8 months of normal use!! I was very pleased with everything about this case until the clip broke. I am very disappointed.
