Quick , simple process.

This test was very easy to use and the results came back quickly, within days. I did not pay on their site for a consult with a doctor. But I enjoyed the fact that their site also gave you information behind your test results (i.e potential causes of why certain labs are abnormal). Keep in mind, it’s not a diagnosis, but it’s a great way to get the labs you want done, and take charge of your health.

So easy to do the test, a few drops of blood in the window pad and let it dry, packaged it up and off it goes. Received it in two days, tested the next morning and sent it off in the mail. Did contact them to check on how long sample was good for seemed to move around the state for a while due to the postal service in our area is a little weird. They replied by the next morning that tests are good for a month. Results came back last night, easy to read and showed what I expected with high levels of cortisol and ratio is off. Only thing I don't know is what measurement they use. but will contact them today to find out. This is a great option to use if you suspect something and your PCP will not run the test. The price is great and worth it to see what my levels are especially after finding a tumor on my adrenal glad a couple months ago via CT scan and nobody on my health care team will even discuss it.

As a healthcare professional, I absolutely can not recommend Choose Health to providers or patients. Lab work is crucial to understanding your body which is why it's extremely important those labs are accurate. Not only did I noticed Choose Health had several conflicting instructions on when to obtain the labs (fasting vs not, right away in the morning vs night), their customer service was absolutely horrendous. I reached out for help and clarity and they couldn't have been less helpful.When testing female hormones you usually need to test on a certain day of your cycle (after ovulation, exc). Cortisol tests usually need to be right away in the morning without any food or water prior to. Was any of this mentioned in their testing kit video instructions? NOPE. I reached out the customer service directly, mentioning this, asking for more clarification and a second test to ensure accuracy. I found Choose Health to be rude, unhelpful, and lacking basic medical knowledge. They only offered to give me a discount code on future items. 0/10. If you're looking for a similar test I highly recommend checking out the DUTCH test.

The test was really simple to take, the instructions were thorough and there's a how to video to help. It does take a little bit to do if you don't bleed well from your fingers like me (they send 2 lances if you need to do a second poke and give you tips to help make collection faster). This test helped me confirm a diagnosis when it's going to take months to get to an endo, so I didn't spend that whole time waiting and wondering. They called to see if I had any problems or ideas to make the experience better. Aidan is who called me and provided some of the best customer service I've experienced, which is especially rare for phone support these days it seems. He was very knowledgeable and offered an immediate solution when I said I struggled to find the customer support number (which was entirely my fault, it's at the bottom of the main page and I was looking under a different tab). This company has that small town customer service friendliness and clearly prioritizes innovations. I couldn't recommend a company more.

The instructions, and packaging included, made taking and shipping the sample really easy. The results returned really fast also. I did have an issue with the results, but customer service reached out and offered a solution. Honestly this was the best customer service experience I have had.
