This was the second time I purchase it.It tastes very much like fresh lemon juice.Although its less tarty which I find to be a boon.Personally I love thai and spicey foods and you'll find lemon / lime juice heavily used in those.This has been used instead of fresh and I have zero complaints (see first sentence)

Good product for my Thai salad and makes a refreshing drink with soda water it doesn't become bitter tasting like the fruit I buy in the supermarket

Not the best lime juice I've tasted.Annoying that the cap was missing because that's where the "best before" date is located.Coincidence??
