Nice but… does not open to even 2 inches. For 1-1/2” strips or squares, fine.

Works decent. I use for cinnamon rolls, doesn’t always cut them all the way and the metal is flimsy so it bends. Overall worth it. But could be made better

I got this roller for my sister. She makes a lot and has found this to be one of her most useful tools. I would definitely buy again!

It was what I wanted.

It only has 1 wing nut on the center wheel as opposed to 2 as pictured. This makes the width very unstable. The wheels themselves also wobble quite a bit, making clean and even cuts near impossible. The widest setting is 2", which also severely limits its use. This is not a skill issue. we are a Michelin starred restaurant.

El producto cumple su función si lo que buscas es para su uso hogareño. Si lo que que buscas algo más de uso continuo como para la venta de alimentos, desde mi punto de vista, las ruedas no marcan lo suficiente, otro aspecto es que, aún y cuando estableces las distancias de corte y ajustas los pernos, la verdad es que no tiene mucha estabilidad para cortar-marcar el producto al que deseas aplicar los trazos.
