I have very small hands and wrist and this fit me perfectly. I was told to get a product like this so my wrist don't move due to my carpal tunnel and it does just that. It makes your wrist and thumb very stable. It made my pain slightly disappear but not being able to bend my wrist made my wrist cramp more. It has great support. Braces can be expensive but this brace was worth every penny. I bought 2 and still love them.

I wasn’t sure this would work for my wrist and thumb pain, especially after wearing it for a day and a night. My wrist and hand were more sore. But I took a few days off and tried it again, only at night, and my pain is getting better each day. I cannot wear it during the day because it truly isolates your thumb and if you try to grasp anything, you have to strain to do it, which is why it was hurting more after wearing it during the day. Only wearing it at night has helped so much, I’m actually shocked at how much better my thumb and wrist are feeling. And the swelling has gone down considerably after only three nights of wear.

One can still move the thumb

Good support for DQT tendinitis. Light and cooler than some I have tried. The middle strap is removable. I have only been wearing it for about a week but so far it’s working great.
