It says a serving per day of two, try 1 first. Me, my partner and mom took 2 the first night and woke up later than always and feeling kind of tired/ drowsy

Good product but labeling misleading
The product does what it is meant to do. The only problem I had with it is before I bought it it says it only takes 1 gummie but once I got it on the bottle it said you needed to take 2 gummies rather than 1.

1 is the dose that works for me. I take one and rest the best. They stay right beside me on bed. Gently puts me to sleep in 10 minutes.
