We cannot recommend this wok (12.5" double sided) - it purports to be "non stick", and to have a hard, durable coating (like hexclad). While it LOOKS great out of the box, ours turned brown immediately after the first, very light, 5 minutes of use. Yes - we seasoned it EXACTLY as recommended. Also tried cleaning and re-seasoning multiple times. Have never had it on anything above medium heat. We're using a high- smoke point oil (both to season and to cook). Overall, it does work...but it's just like any other plain, cheap stainless steel pan you would get from Wal-Mart for a third to a quarter of the price...it just has a cool hex pattern painted on the steel and a weird name on the handle...definitely nothing special or or worth more money. Our verdict after 4 attempts at simple cooking...save yourself the coin, and just get something that's easier to keep clean. We just bought it 10 days ago, and haven't been able to clean the "brown stain" off of the bottom or underneath of the pan completely - ever...so much for the hype :-(
