I absolutely love the pretty blue color and the earthy taste. It also turns into a beautiful purple color if you add some lemon to it. This tea has many health benefits. I saw a YouTube video on the many health benefits of Butterfly Pea Flower tea including its LDL cholesterol lowering properties and I was sold.

Just received our order. I had read about the health benefits of this flower and wanted to give it a try. Tastes great and great quality. I love that this is a family owned business and that it is 100% organic. I can’t wait to try it in other ways other than hot tea.

I’m enjoying my first cup now. Ordered on Friday received Saturday. Great packaging. The color is beautiful. I added a tiny amount of nutmeg and a very thin slice of lemon. It’s delicious. The instructions say to use 20 flowers per 2 cups of water. It came out great. Then I added 2 more cups of hot water and steeped a second time. It was perfect.
