Well it's no secret.. I snore. Badly so badly i wake my self and shake the bed wondering if staffordshire had had yet another earthquake! I snore back down face down upside down, left side, right side, sitting up . One pillow , two pillows, no pillows and anti snore pillows, I snore so badly that ten years together and a marriage proposal and we are still in separate houses !. So I tried this pack of reasonably priced items. Before deciding if any were worth investing in.The nasal dilators certainly open your nostrils but depending on which side I lie one always closes . the mouth guard took about 5 attempts to boil and bite, which i ended biting right through, remembering to press it around me teeth keeping my jaw forward which I'm not sure if I should have or not as the instructions were not clear.. so I boiled and bit both of them in different positions.So offf to bed I went. Ear plugs in, eye mask on,mouth piece,nasal dilators, taped me mouth shut, eyes shut, comfy pillow ..And I still snored..To be fair I had an afternoon nap with ended up being three hours so not sure if that was due to the equipment or just so tired.. but the first proper night I spent a lot of time swapping mouthpieces as my jaw would fall open so maybe another adjustment is needed and i couldn't find a comfy place for my tongue to go... I am concerned that as I have one crown I may just bite down and break it so I will just experiment more with the mouthpieces. Not sure what the magnets do other than pressure points but I'll give them ago.All in all? Was it worth a tenner just to try each item ? Yes Do I need to see my gp about my floppy palate? Yes As I don't see how bringing the jaw forward stops that. Good luck to you all sleep well

I purchased this after my new girlfriend complained of not being able to sleep because of my snoring.The nasal strips didn't work for me after trying them for a few nights.The came the mouth guard and this what did it for me. Althoug the snore was still there, my girlfriend said it was more bearable and not as loud as before I tried the mouth guard. And I too could tell the world of difference as my sleeping pattern is much better now.Definitely deserve a 5* review. And thank you for being a relationship saver.

There is literally every method of anti snoring inside this one container. Now, not every one of those devices will work for you, I had to try several before I found one that worked for me. So be patient and persistent and you will find a method that will work for you in this kit. Everything I tried was comfortable, easy to use and clean, and it means I don't get whalloped in the middle of the night by my wife telling me to "turn over" or "stop snoring"!! Well worth the money, I would buy again if needed.

Great product, all items help prevent snoring, which not only helps you have a better night's sleep, but also helps your partner sleep better as well, I still snore even with the nasal dilator tried all 3 from the pack & all work to a degree, but apparently my snoring is greatly reduced, my breathing still keeps the wife awake some nights, but at least my snoring doesn't rattle the windows, I've not tried the mouth guard due to having dentures, all in all a great product for the price

For the price you get a lot of different anti snoring solutions to try.I didn't find the nasal solutions to be that useful for me as I'm not a nasal snorer but they did make it easier to breath through the nose.The gumshield was the best for me as it pulls your jaw forward to help stop the back of the tongue from causing vibrations in the throat.If you snore but are unsure what you need this is a good kit to try out.

I purchased this after my partner said that my snoring had become worse and was disturbing her sleep.I tried some nasal strips first and found them use less then i read about these nose 'tubes' i suppose you'd say.i was hesitant at first but after the first night i was told my snoring had decreased dramatically. I then combined them with the mouth guard and finally we had a winner, snoring almost non-existent and sleep all round. If felt a little weird with the mouth guard in for the first couple of nights but I soon got used to it.

I have tried all products within the pack which have fit me perfectly and are all comfortable enough to sleep in. I am using the nose pieces and mouth strips consistently as it has dramatically reduced my snoring frequency and volume. My partner is the most please with this product as she can now get a good night sleep. Only dislike would be no instructions come with the product and for example the magnetic clips, are not straight forward in how to use them.
