Good purchase
Just as expected. A little tricky to put together, but only took about an hour. Works perfectly and is sturdy.

Better than I expected
This was easy to build but a little time consuming for me but it turn out better than I expected. And the price wasn't bad at all. I love being able to adjust the shelves for my boots.

Tough to assemble, cheap and not at all sturdy
I returned this item, the one thing this company is good at is making a cheap product look good in photos. It came in a damaged box with not assembly instructions. The website noted that is was constructed of wood, NO, thin metal rods and plastic. If it had been 1/4 the price I would not think it was worth it. Note two things I missed the high number of 1 star rating and the note that it is frequently returned.

Shoe racks
We really needed two of these shoe racks in order to have a convenient space for all of our shoes. It is a perfect fit for the space we have in our master bedroom walk-in closet.

Love this
The materials are a little cheap and I had to purchase additional zip ties to hold the rack together, but other than that I am a huge fan. It’s a little flimsy if you don't have shoes on it to weigh it down. The description mentions wood, but there are not any wood pieces. It's all plastic and metal. Everything you need to assemble the rack comes in the box. The assembly instructions are not that great. I wish we had the option to purchase a larger size. I ended up purchasing a second rack that was smaller to accommodate my additional shoes.

Buy it new and you'll be fine.
Mixed emotions. I bought this used for $10 less than regular price. Knowing what I now know I would definitely buy it new. The pieces were all included so no issue there. My difficulty lies in all the hair that was in the package. It was pretty gross going through it. However now that it's complete I love it

Worth the money!
The shoe rack was easy to install and looks amazing. It's makes your decision on which shoe to wear very easy.
