Bit disappointed with amp, tone poor and front cover noisy.

Nice little amp, good for home practice. I play sitting down due to a bad back, and with headphones on so I don't wake everyone up at 2 in the morning lol. It sits in front of me and I can adjust the levels as needed.I wanted a small bass amp that had separate volume and gain controls so I could adjust the gain - you can find that on guitar amps easy enough but on bass amps the ones that have the separate controls were out of my price range.It's often the way with these things -Dead basic guitar stuff: cheap.More options on guitar stuff: a little more expensive.However,Dead basic bass stuff: cheap(ish)More options on bass stuff: a lot more expensive.If you are a bassist and you want kit that does more than just amplify the sound you usually have to fork out for it. I'm really happy I was able to find this amp for a really decent price!

Bought it for practice but it's plenty loud enough for a bit of jamming. Nice clean sound, wide-range controls with a smooth quality feel. Well built, no rattles or buzzes and sounds quite big and solid for a light weight, easy to carry, combo.Very happy with it.

Good value. Solid build. Gain option adds an extra push when playing. Quite a beefed-up sound for a small 'un! Ideal for me as a part-time doodler.
