They were perfect! Exactly what I needed for Christmas lights.

I have just barely tried out this product, but my first impression is that it is okay, except that the fit is very loose, both when plugging it into a wall receptacle, and also when plugging some cord into one of the three outlets on this adapter. I'd say you can probably make the fit a little bit tighter, by bending the two prongs on a plug either closer together, or further apart---either on this adapter, or on the plug that plugs into the adapter, wherever it seems too loose. I guess this is one reason why most modern receptacles and plugs are based on three prongs (one is a ground) instead of just two. But I'm living in an old building, and most of my receptacles can only accommodate two prongs.

These taps are just what I want where I don't use 3-prong, grounded plugs. They do what I need and cost less than 3-prong taps.I especially like the rounded protrusions at the top, for applying the necessary force for plugging and unplugging, without pulling on the wire.Although not equipped for a ground wire, the blades on these are polarized (with one blade wider than the other), so they will accept either polarized or non-polarized plugs.

Because of the way the sockets are set up, you really only get one extra useable socket.Update: After having used these adapters for several months and after Ovi Tech kindly reached out to me to understand the problem I had with them, I feel it only fair to update my review. In fact, in retrospect I realized I should not be cramming 3 outlets into one small socket in an old building no matter how many are available and this adapter actually suits me fine without causing any electrical problems. It works perfectly, is great for the price and I am quite satisfied with it now.

Wanted to have two lights attached to one digital timer. These arrived on time and worked as advertised. I've only used one for a week, but haven't seen any issues (and don't expect there will be any).

I have purchased these taps in the past and have enjoyed their functionality and design. I needed a few more taps so I ordered these. They are the same taps I've used for a number of years and I expect them to be just as efficient for years to come. Good value.

First set did not work was told to destroy them which I did was later charged for them for not returning which you people said to discard them

I bought an older home and the rooms don’t have as many outlets as I would like. Although you can’t use all the outlets (as noted by other reviewers), you really don’t want to overload it anyways. Works perfect for me!
