I got this for my 12-year-old son and he was very thrilled to use this toy with his friends who had similar toys. But this one was eye-catching and got everyone's attention. it's really good and accurate on target.The instructions were very easy and was able to assemble by my son within minutes. This works on a rechargeable battery.

Quits working before 3rd use. The motor in the magazine is exposed to water and seizes (poor design). I only filled the mag twice before this happened. I was able to shoot less than 2000 of the 40,000 gel balls. When it did work it only sent the gel balls about 50 feet, unless you count how far they roll when they are no longer airborne. What a waist of money.

The Hyperblaster M4 is based (fairly accurately) on the M4 Rifle and features a very functional telescoping stock along with a laser-sight attachment that connects easily to the lower rail. This is an electric powered rifle that than gas or air, so it is, first of all, pretty powerful, and second it can be recharged rather than supplied with gas cartridges as you would find with most Airsoft rifles. The rifle uses a pretty straight forward charging system located in the handle which does require you to remove the battery and plug into a four pin connector which then connects to a USB dongle. Extra steps, but it works once it's all put back together.As for ammunition, it uses what basically amount to orbeez balls which need to be placed in water for 3-4 hours so that they grow to their full size. At that point, you can place them in the drum clip and fire them. They break on impact and don't hurt too badly, though I would recommend wearing safety goggles(you'll shoot your eye out kid!) when operating them. Luckily, the kit does come with a pair. All in all this was a great buy and I've had a blast shooting targets from my balcony.

This item is completely black. I thought it would have graffiti on it since it's the "Graffiti Edition"!My daughter wont let my grandson play with it until they paint it...

Gun looks cool and easy to assemble. Followed the instructions but when I we went to shoot it, it doesn’t shoot properly. The gel balls jam up between drum and the gun it self. We have tried everything to get it to work but it won’t work like it is advertised. Very disappointed and will be sending it back.
