Perfect fit as replacements for a pair of similar, failed units (after lasting over twenty years) Easy to fit. A bit pricey, but if they last as long as the previous ones, pretty good value!

Great replacement struts. Excellent customer service
I needed to replace expired gas struts in the Heki rooflight of my 20 year old caravan. Saw these replacements on Amazon, checked they were equivalent to the old part number and ordered them. They arrived the next day, but were the wrong part - the struts were the right size but too thick. I called the supplier, who immediately called back, and I explained the problem. He told me he'd only just been made aware of this - apparently Heki had upgraded the struts in later rooflights, making them thicker, but had kept the same part number, so his advert was wrong. He immediately refunded my money and advised me of the correct part. I re-ordered and received the replacements the next day. Fitted in minutes and just what I needed. The seller then took his advert down so the problem couldn't happen again. Really chuffed with the repair, really chuffed with the customer service. Thank you, sir.
