Beautiful appearance and sturdy mat. Very well constructed and should stand up to heavy traffic. Had a mat similar to this which lasted 10 years through rain, snow and cold. Expect the same with this one. Only one drawback is that it will slide around on smooth surfaces.

We had a larger version of this mat at our patio double door and it has held up beautifully over many years. This purchase was to replace many failed mats at our front door. Looks beautiful and performs like a champ. Very happy!

The ColorWave Rope Doormat we ordered from Amazon replaces a mat we ordered directly from Maine at least 10 years ago. The ropes used are made to survive repeated water exposure in the fishing industry, & they work perfectly when woven into door mats. Hope to get the same amount of service from our new mat.

Our yard is very sandy, and I love the way this mat lets the sand sift down through the mat. It’s sturdy, and should last forever. And, it’s very nice looking!

This is the design I wanted for a front door mat, but Amazon sells NO natural fiber mats like this, so I took the plunge. Sadly, it’s also braided so loosely that all feet wobble on it and kids’ bare toes can snag. Too late, I found a far more tightly braided natural coir mat, just what I’d been searching for, as a new product at GarrettWade. This other one is well worth the price, and I’m looking forward to getting rid of this dangerous door mat!

I love the looks and size. I got the 38". I love that it's handcrafted in US. My porch was stained in the Fall so water beads up on it. This mat alone was very slippery! The reason that I kept it is that I have an old thin rubber mat that I could put underneath. It solved the problem. They should include one.

Very pleased with quality. It takes about a day to fully flatten as it is shipped folded.The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the navy has a turquoise hue to it.
