I suffer with headaches a lot and found , along with painkillers, a cold compress and a dark room help. This item is amazing. It blocked out the light ( I did get a black one though) and it’s lovely and cold. I keep it in the fridge and now use it most night as I find it very relaxing fall to sleep a lot quicker . On holiday recently I put it in the freezer and at bed time put it on and slept like a baby. I’m buying more.

Very comfortable and soft. Easy to lie down when wearing it.Nice and cool for migraines.

Really soft and good material. Blocks out most light. Do not make the mistake I did though, I put it in the freezer for half an hour and put it on for 5 seconds giving me the worst brain freeze ever. Stick to the fridge!

Retains the cold for a long time but unfortunately it’s far too tight. Better suited for a small child

I’ve had this a while now and has been used a great deal. The cooling effect is what you need when you have that really bad head. It’s actually icy, this is where it gives immense relief. It does have a little weight to it but not heavy at all. Easy to slip on and off. It’s brilliant. Wouldn’t be without it now.

Soft and relaxing. Good thickness. Sometimes slips off due to wright. So cold ?? Love it
