This product tastes delicious but has no effect at all so was so expensive not to work at all

I had been a bit dubious of the benefits of creatine, having initially thought my gains were through increased protein intake, a sensible diet, and a structured training program. I stopped consuming creatine, and my gains plateaued, but I didn't link my plateau to creatine as I had been playing around with my diet. Only when I started consuming these gummies did I notice an immediate increase in lifting performance and muscle mass. I previously took those huge pills that I had to crush because they made me choke (one of the reasons why I stopped taking them). These gummies are a million times better than pills, and I look forward to taking them pre or post-workout as they taste great.Highly recommended!

The tablets were nice but they were not effective. I did not lose any weight, although their flavour was nice.
