Very reasonable quality hammers, ideal for working in restricted areas. All 4 the same!
These are really nice little hammers. All 4 are identical. Why anyone would want 4 the same is beyond me, but you could be nice and share, or swap, with your family or mates.I would say the heads on these are around half the size of a regular claw hammer. The handles are ergonomic and fit really comfortably in the hand. This is thanks to the indentations on the front edge of the handles, which cradle the fingers as you use them. The rubber on the handles is firm, but comfortable. There are many grooves and ridges to provide plenty of grip when you’re using them. The claw on these hammers are wide enough to remove a maximum nail shank size of around 0.5cm, and the slot is just under 3cm long. The striking head is a good quality, with smooth rounded edges. The heads are very securely attached to the handles. The hammers have a good weight and feel very balanced in the hand. The only very slight negatives were a few rough patches on the back seam, which is an injection moulding mark. I removed these by running a craft knife along. The claws had a few burrs on the edges, but considering what they will be used for, it’s not a problem. These are great for working in restricted spaces and are definitely recommended. It’s much cheaper per hammer to buy this set of 4, rather than individually. So if you need more than one, or want to be generous, these are well worth buying.
