Cheerwing 1:16 2.4Ghz 4WD RC Truck High Speed Off-Road Remote Control Car Short Course Truck

My son got this for Christmas and he loved it!! It's a fast little car! He was in heaven driving it around. After about 2 weeks the reverse and brakes quit working. Needless to say he is very disappointed! His favorite gift doesn't work right anymore.Ok, so I have now updated my review! The car is great. Yes we had some problems, but Cheerwing was a great company to work with!!! They sent my son a new car and sent paid postage to send the defective car back! I would def. buy from them again. Over all a great experience!

This is a really nice RC car. It is super fast! My son saw our neighbor with a really fast RC car and he wanted one, so this was a Christmas gift for him. The car comes with a few extra replacement parts/pins, the controller and the charger, it all seems of really good quality. I find myself sneaking the charger cable under the cover so i don't have to keep removing the battery or the top of the car to access the battery. We get about 15 minutes of run time on a charge. I would suggest getting an extra battery or two.

I give it a two star review for two reasons. Not a month of having the truck and not driving it a whole lot, the steering servo quit working.Reason number two is, l am having a difficult time contacting the seller for a replacement.I have looked into my Amazon account and l can't figure out how to contact them(probably my lack of knowledge on how).Update, got into contact with the seller.They are sending a new servo, hence the three stars now.For the money, the truck is fun truck and pretty durable. But like ANY.... RC vehicle they do break.

We did a ton of research before we bought this car and went out on a limb to spend more than we have ever on a toy for my son for his 10th birthday. Has drove this about 8 times before it broke down and hasn’t been able to be resuscitated. It is very sad. He loved this car so much and is extremely disappointed. I can’t see how to get in touch with the company for help or for them to replace the defective unit.

Car goes fast and is crazy to drive but I’m not impressed with the quality. Had to return the first one I ordered due to a transmitter throttle trigger issue. The replacement worked great for first 5 battery charges but car now has no steering. Waiting on parts ordered from China to hopefully fix it. While it worked my son enjoyed driving it. It does seem durable as not parts physically broke but a total of an hour and a half of run time for two different cars is pretty sad in the reliability department. Emailed Reno Hobby on the first one befor returning it to address throttle trigger not having spring tension to return it to neutral position but they kept suggesting different trim adjustments that did not address lack of any spring tension to trigger. Apparently aside from Amazon’s return policy there is no warranty for this car. Did not want to return this one due to scratches and scrapes from use and I sure hope the $25 in part that are on order make it work again.

Got this as a Christmas gift for my grandson. The first unit died after 2 days. Battery wouldn't hold a charge. Quick replacement yielded an RC monster that my grandson hasn't been able to destroy as of this review! He has beat it up thoroughly, and has needed a few replacement parts. They were easy to swap out and shipped quickly. Recommended.

Fun truck to drive on snow slick or Icy surfaces! Just the right speed. One of the sharpest looking short course trucks out there. Definitely worth getting! I even used a snow blower to make a course and built some snow ramps too. It is a little hard to keep it on the track since it is a slick surface. Which is why I'm glad this truck is waterproof. Had the inside caked with snow several times and still runs excellent. Great short course truck all around.

This RC truck is great for its price. Its very fast, has nice controls, super durable, and all around good. But after only 2 hours of use the ESC gave up and the truck didn't have reverse. So now im sending it back and gonna give it another try. All in all its a great truck but there is duds.
