A real deer repellant
Really does work. It’s kind of pricey but better than losing my crop - and avoids the disappointment and anger that comes from having your lovingly tended plants be eaten.

Smells horrendous but does the job! We have deer everywhere and my vegetable garden has stayed safe this season- love that it’s safe to use on vegetable gardens. We’ve only had to reapply after heavy rains

Effective deer repellant product
Seems to work much better than deer repellant sprays. Only time will tell how effective this product is at repelling the ever increasing deer population in my area. It's a bit more expensive but worth it as I have spent money on plants only to have them destroyed by deer.

Dogs eat it up
My dog went straight to eat it up along the bed boarders where I sprinkled it. Not sure yet how effective it is for deer since my deer census is epic, need spray in addition to this.

Didn't work at all... Product seemed different, waste of $. Deer not deterred!!!
As you can see from the pic, deer not deterred at all. First, I noticed (before even opening the package) that this package of scram was different than others I had purchased in the past. It was not loose granules, as previous purchases. But more compacted together and a very dark brown color, almost like damp soil. Tried it anyway, thinking they must have changed the formula.Emptied most of the bag of scram in front of a small 4 ft area of fence that the deer jump over. Saw a deer in my backyard a few days later and it jumped back over the same area. Been back repeatedly since!!! Not much of a deterrent. Very expensive for such a small amount of coverage too! Total waste of money. This SCRAM IS A SCAM!

Works
The deer often eat all our hostas every year so I decided to try this product. So far so good. The deer haven't gone near it.
