Works really well. Easy to clean but may get stained if liquid is added to the cooking process and get dried out inside.

Good quality & fit in the fryer perfectly ,no rubber odor

This is useful, great for marinated meats where you want to lessen the clean up. Only issue was that char seemed to stick to them a bit even after dishwashing (think honey glaze on char siu chicken). Had to bend them a bit and scratch off char manually. Don't let that deter you though, these are good, I bought 2 sets and use them pretty frequently.
