High Quality and Delightful
I bought these because my wife is very sensitive to the sound of a metal fork on a plate. They are beautiful, sturdy, quiet, and easy to use. The wood is very strong and very well finished. Typifies Japanese sensibilities. Very happy with this purchase so far. Hand washing to extend their life. Dishwashers tend to destroy wooden utensils.

Neat but...
Neat but the tines don't poke very well. You have to hand wash these baddies.

Great for cooking with non stick pans
I bought these as I like to cook with forks on some items, I recently bought some top end no stick pans that don't recommend metal utensils, they work great for this, They are sealed and do not absorb liquid and are a little longer than a regular fork about 9 inches, it seems like they will last.
